Take a look at the enlargements of the open grills. See those little holes along the lip of the hood? They’re air cooling pockets—they prevent heat discoloration on the outside of the hood, a feature you’ll find on every Vermont Castings grill. And other standard features will please every cook:

The rotisserie kit is a wonder! When cooked on the rotisserie, a turkey or chicken cooks evenly and safely—skin is golden brown, not charred, when the bird reaches a safe internal temperature. Not only do you get moist, tasty meat, you know it’s thoroughly cooked, too.
The VCS4005 has 450 square inches of cooking space, a side burner with wind shield, backlit console (grill at night!), and condiment trays in front of both side shelves. The VCS5006 is the king of them all: 600 square inches of cooking space plus side burner, backlit console, double condiment trays, double cart doors, and a warming drawer for buns or breadsticks.
You can also get a heavy duty grill cover, grill utensil kit with carrying case, and a cast-iron barbecue griddle. Make pizza on it, or cook bacon, sausage, or pancakes—breakfast outdoors! That’s an ideal summer morning.
